A customer's printing request: the service, city, quantity, specifications and budget band, plus their contact details once unlocked. Customers submit these through our landing pages and calculator.

Do I pay for leads I don't want?

No. You preview every enquiry (without contact details) and unlock only the ones you want, using membership unlocks or credits.

What if a lead is junk?

Report it. Our team reviews junk reports and refunds credits for invalid leads — wrong numbers, duplicate spam, or test entries.

Can more than one shop get the same lead?

Shared leads go to up to 3 shops — first to call usually wins. Exclusive leads (sole buyer) are available on Growth plans and above at a higher price.

How quickly will I start getting leads?

Once your account is approved and your service and city preferences are set, matching leads appear in your dashboard in real time. Most shops receive their first matched lead within 24–48 hours of activation, depending on city and service demand.

Do I need a GST number to sign up?

No. GST number is optional during registration. You can add it later from your settings page. However, providing it helps customers trust your business and may improve your match quality for B2B bulk orders.

Can I pause or cancel my account?

Yes. You can cancel your plan anytime from the Plans page — it stays active until the end of the billing cycle. Unused credits remain in your wallet and don't expire. To fully deactivate your account, contact us.

Which cities are covered?

OnlinePrintOut covers 500+ cities across all 36 Indian states and union territories — from metro cities to district towns. You choose exactly which cities you want leads from in your settings.
