What we are — and are not

OnlinePrintOut is a lead-generation and matching platform only. We are not a print shop. We do not print anything. We do not set prices. We do not collect, hold, or process any payment between a customer and a print shop. All payment arrangements, invoicing, delivery, and print quality are agreed and handled directly between the customer and the print shop they choose. OnlinePrintOut has no role in that transaction.

For customers

• Requesting quotes is free. We do not charge customers anything.
• Submitting a request is not an order and does not commit you to any purchase.
• Submit only genuine requests for your own use. Do not submit others' phone numbers without their consent.
• Do not submit spam, test, or automated requests. We may block or remove accounts that abuse the service.
• We match your request to print shops but do not guarantee any shop will respond, any particular price, or any particular quality or delivery time.

For print shops

• Leads purchased are for your own business use only. They may not be resold, shared, or transferred.
• Membership fees and credits paid to OnlinePrintOut are solely for lead access. They are not related to any payment you receive from a customer.
• You are responsible for all aspects of the print job including quality, delivery, pricing, and invoicing.
• Invalid or junk leads reported within 7 days are reviewed. Genuine issues receive credits, a replacement lead, or a refund at our discretion.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that misrepresent services, conduct, or city coverage.

Payments and refunds

Payments for plans and credits are processed via Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's terms. Plan fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable except where a lead refund is granted per the lead quality policy above.

Liability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Because payment, delivery and print quality are matters exclusively between the customer and the print shop, Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd is not liable for the outcome of any printing job, shop conduct, non-delivery, quality disputes, or payment disputes of any kind. Our liability in any matter related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered shops by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
