Who we are
OnlinePrintOut is operated by Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd. We run a printing lead-matching platform connecting customers with local print shops across India. We are not a print shop and we are not a payment processor.
What information we collect
From customers (people requesting quotes)
- Name, mobile number, city, PIN code — required to match you with relevant shops
- Printing requirement details — service type, quantity, specs, budget, delivery urgency
- Email address — optional, only if you choose to provide it for a confirmation copy
- IP address — for spam and fraud prevention only, stored as a one-way hash
From print shops (registered businesses)
- Business name, owner name, email, mobile number, city, PIN code
- PAN number and GSTIN — for KYC verification
- Service preferences and target cities — to determine which leads you receive
How we protect your information
Mobile numbers and email addresses are stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM with per-record random IVs. They are never stored in plaintext in our database. Your contact details are revealed only to print shops that have been matched to your specific request — not to any other shop, not to any third party, not publicly.
How we use your information
- To match your printing request with relevant local print shops
- To send you a confirmation email if you provided an email address
- To operate, secure and improve the service
- We do not sell your personal information to any third party
- We do not use your information for advertising targeting
Data retention
Customer contact details (name, phone, email, message) are retained for as long as needed to operate the matching service. You may request deletion at any time using the Track page — enter your reference number and mobile to permanently delete your personal data from that request. The service/city/status record is retained for our operational records, but all information that identifies you is removed.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns. GA4 is configured in privacy-respecting mode. We do not use advertising cookies. The session cookie we set (opsid) is essential for shop login functionality — it is HTTP-only, secure, and expires when you close your browser.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), you have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact page or use the self-service deletion on the Track page.
